Ready to apply for one of our rental properties? Here are the rental application requirements to ensure a smooth and fast process:
Completed Application
Each applicant must submit a fully completed rental application, including personal information, rental history, and employment details.
Proof of Income
Provide at least two recent pay stubs, bank statements, or other proof of income to demonstrate your ability to meet the rent payments. A minimum income of 2.5 x the rental amount is required.
Photo ID
A valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.) is required for all applicants.
Rental History
Please include contact information for at least two previous landlords and a rental history form detailing your past residences.
Credit & Background Check
A standard credit and background check will be conducted on all applicants. A minimum credit score of 600 is required.
Security Deposit
A security deposit is required at the time of signing the lease agreement. The amount is listed when viewing each respective property.
Pets (if applicable)
Pet processing fee, deposit and rent are required on all properties. The pet deposit is refundable if the property is returned in original condition.
Pet Processing Fee
- First Pet: $150
- Each Additional Pet: $100
Pet Deposit
- First Pet: $250
- Each Additional Pet: $200
Pet Rent
- $50/month per pet
Co-signers (if applicable)
Co-signers may be considered for applicants with insufficient income or credit history. They will need to submit their own application and meet the same rental application requirements.
