Resident F.A.Q.'s

We know that life as a renter can come with a lot of questions, and we’re here to make things as easy as possible for you. Whether it’s about rent, maintenance, or your lease, we’ve put together answers to some of the most common questions we get from residents. If you don’t find what you’re looking for here, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re always happy to help!

How do I pay my rent?

Rent payments can be made through our online portal via bank transfer or credit card. If you need assistance or prefer another method of payment, just let us know and we’ll work with you to find a solution.

What happens if my rent is late?

We ask that all rent payments be made by the 1st of each month. If payment isn’t received by the 5th, late fees or other charges may apply. To make life easier, you can set up auto-payments through our online portal.

How do I handle repairs?

Please let us know about any repairs, no matter how small, as soon as possible. Who’s responsible for the repair will depend on your lease terms. If it’s the owner’s responsibility, we’ll prioritize repairs based on urgency. Just a heads-up—if a repair isn’t reported and causes more damage, it may result in extra charges or change who’s responsible for the repair. Access to your home is essential for us to take care of any maintenance.

How do I submit a maintenance request?

To report any maintenance issues, please use our online portal. This ensures we receive your request immediately and can track it until it’s resolved.

Why do I need Renter’s Insurance?

While you might not insure the property you’re renting, your personal belongings are important. Renter’s insurance protects your stuff in the event of things like theft, fire, or water damage. It also covers your liability if someone gets hurt while on your property. It’s a simple way to protect what matters most to you.

Can I make changes or improvements to my unit?

Any changes to your unit, including painting or installing shelves, need approval first. Please contact us for approval before making any alterations. We want to make sure any changes are in line with the terms of your lease.

How do I end my lease or request a move-out inspection?

If you plan on moving out, please notify us at least 30 days in advance as required by your lease. Once you’ve given notice, we’ll schedule a move-out inspection to go over the condition of the property and ensure everything is in order before your departure.

What happens if I need to break my lease early?

If you need to break your lease before the end of the term, please reach out to us. Depending on your lease agreement, you may be responsible for paying rent until a new tenant is found. We’re here to discuss your options and help make the process as smooth as possible.

Are pets allowed in my rental?

Pet policies vary depending on the property. Please check your lease agreement for details. If pets are allowed, there may be additional fees or requirements, such as pet deposits or breed restrictions. Always reach out to us with any questions regarding your furry friends!
